I dont understand why Russell Slade is so intent on using any formation except the only one that has been succesful for him at this club, in fact the only one that has ad any success at the Albon in the last three seasons, yes folks its the diamond. Adams wanted to play 4-4-2 then once he started losing it became 4-3-3 whch changed to 4-5-1. Slade has gone down exactly the same road IT DOESNT WORK. Wilkins had success with mostly kids using the diamond, Slade saved us last season using the diamond. So wy the f*** are we not sticking with it. If it aint broken dont fix it.

Agree with the sentiments, but last season he played two central midfielders ahead of Dicker who was holding. I would swap Wright & Mcleod for Crofts & Smith or Thornhill
