I won't argue with that, I meant in general. He was falling over far too easily and winning free kick after free kick all night. I also recall his hilarious attempt at winning a penalty against Arsenal last season (or the season before) it was so disgraceful that it was funny.

Always thought he's a good player, but this did taint my view of him.

Thats harsh on Gav mate. I probably know you as I was in his class at school.

I can only assume you "Hated" him at school because he never did anything for The Albion that could make someone hate him. He put in some pretty good performances and scored a couple of decent goals in mmy opinion.

Manager: That purple-faced, graceless cock at Man Utd.

Rio Ferdinand only really gets in because of his disgraceful attitude to the drugs testers - I don't really feel strongly about him but couldn't think of another centre half. Ruud van Nistelrooy on the bench, by the way - horse-faced c*nt. Edit: And Spit the Diouf, now I think about it. Bench him too.

:
If we're talking purely Albion related figures, there aren't that many really, are there? It would obviously include McGleish, possibly Carl Griffiths for the same reason, Henry Hughton, perhaps Duncan Shearer for what he did to Nicky Bissett, Ian Wright, er, um...Nicky Law (Chesterfield manager in 2001), oh and Alan Pardew for his "we were the best team" bullshit in 2002.

There must be some fans with longer memories than me who can tell me who we really hated in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

ALL of this lot:wanker::wanker::angry
