He has an antiquated view of Sussex, opposed to things that would bring massive benefits to the county such as improvements to the A27 between Beddingham and Eastbourne, let alone save a number of lives at some notorious black spots on that route, some of the worst in the county, and thats before you mention his role in the stadium saga.

It pisses me right off that various MPs are allowed to claim for second homes at all. OK, travelling up to London from Bognor or Rye might be a bit of an arse, not that they even have to go up every day anyway, but there's no excuse for an MP for, say Crawley, or Mid Sussex or even Brighton to have a second home. All of them could or should live close enough to the smoke to commute, like thousands of their constituents do.

That Margaret Moran was the best one for me (somehow it appears she retained her Luton seat, though I guess having Esther Rantzen as the main opponent was something of an advantage to her). MP for Luton, which is a short train ride from London, and claims allowance for a second home. Which was further away from London than her constituency Cheating, thieving BASTARDS.

Hasty edit here: it appears that Labour did indeed retain the Luton seat, but the parasite Moran was not the candidate, having been made to stand down. Too bloody right.
