No Turkey in our house, but I did make some fabulous yorkshire puddings

Quite a good effort as pretty poor cook and not cooked a proper Xmas dinner in 20 years. My wife who struggles with beans on toast was impressed.

The Turkey and spuds are under there honest and if I was critical next time I'd make proper stuffing rather than use stuffing balls.

Had to make a few alterations this year as son-in-law-to-be was eating with us and he’s vegan.

Plant based pigs in blankets are (although we had the meat ones)
Roasties not done in goose fat, passable
Creamed spinach using vegan crème fraiche, no discernible difference
Vegan gravy not bad
No bacon in the sprouts
