Scrooged has to be my all time favourite Christmas Movie - you can't beat a bit of Bill Murray, closely followed by National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

Murray Christmas!

I could be wrong, but aren't "Holiday Inn" and "White Christmas" two different films? I know the song is in both but the latter is the colourful Christmas extravaganza. Not that it matters as "Wonderful Life" is best.

Anyone else remember the animated 'Selfish Giant" they used to show on Christmas morning?

Its called Holiday Inn, vote for that.
That's not true, the original film was called 'Holiday Inn' and that had the song 'White Christmas' in it. However the song was such a hit that a few years later they bought out another film called 'White Christmas'.

Home Alone. My kids when they were little used to LOVE the sickening levels of violence inflicted by Kevin on the hapless burglars merely going about their daily business

Holiday Inn (1942) - IMDb
At an inn which is only open on holidays, a crooner and a hoofer vie for the affections of a beautiful up-and-coming performer.

White Christmas (1954) - IMDb
A successful song-and-dance team become romantically involved with a sister act and team up to save the failing Vermont inn of their former commanding general.

I will record a vote for White Christmas for Acker and Brovion as it seems a massive issue. Vote for Muppets Xmas carol taken off.

(from imdb's trivia section)
Some controversy surrounded the history of the song "White Christmas" when it was reported in a 1960 news item that Irving Berlin wrote the song in 1938, which would have made it ineligible for an Academy Award nomination. But a biography and modern sources agree it was written for this film, and the sheet music has a 1942 copyright date.

The first public performance of the song "White Christmas" was by Bing Crosby on his NBC radio show "The Kraft Music Hall" on Christmas Day, 1941, during the middle of filming _Holiday Inn (1942)_, which was released seven months later. The song went on to become one of the biggest selling songs in the history of music (until Candle in the wind 97). This was the first of three films to feature Crosby singing "White Christmas" (I can't find confirmation of this third film)

It's not a massive issue, I thought I was being helpful! (If not to you then to others). Anyway you never answered my question as to whether the Carrey Christmas Carol was the "Disney's A Christmas Carol". That's the one I voted for.
