Your correct on both counts, i was talking about the artists rather than the years.
I could of posted loads of obscure Marvin Gaye or Who songs that i like from the 60's that you and other people wouldnt of heard of.

Not with a "Hustler", i've done you music rounds at the REMF quizzes, you'd win hands down, :D, although I did get all 10 in the Who round a few years ago.
Just making a point that 60's groups/singers, still made classic songs in the 70's

Love everything so far on this thread. I was born in 1961 , so lucky enough to have been absorbed by the sounds from the mid to late sixties. I now appreciate everything from Lonnie Donnigan through to The MC5, but this little gem absolutely reminds me of those days as a 7 year old glued to fuzzy black and white editions of Top Of The Pops.
