Where is Pozi?

Probably the most popular screw for trades, doesn't slip out when you really give it some welly like phillips, slotted can be hard to get into especially if its been covered for a while and then slips out as soon as you get going, torx is fine but you are limited in what you can do with it, one way just hasnt got the flexibility to bend in and around but with pozi you can screw around and get in pretty much anywhere, takes a good hammering and always gets in the hole right to the end, filling it up with maximum tightness.

No competition.

If you're repairing or renovating antique furniture you should always avoid a Philips and go with a slotted head otherwise it looks really out of place and also draws attention to the repair or renovation. A slightly aged and rusted slotted head is even better, so avoid stainless steel.
