So subjective but if I had to say one place it would be

Nice

followed very closely by

Seville

and

Bologna

and

Bilbao

and

Salamanca

and

Granada

and

Cordoba

Europe, cradle of civilisation and greatness......

Hope to be off on my travels this Autumn/Winter if I can persuade Mrs Fridge to go abroad again.

Cadiz for me. One of the Oldest city continually inhabited cities in Europe. Andalusian coast is amazing. Fish is amazing. The old city is amazing. First time I went was when we followed the pre season tour to Jerez.

Bristol is a great city, and I completely understand what you mean about reminding you of Brighton.

Bristol and Melbourne are probably the only two places I've ever considered living outside of Brighton.

Honorable mentions to Copenhagen and Chicago as great cities to spend time in.

Chicago's on the 'want to visit' list for sure. Lots of architecture and museums to check out. Would make a pretty nice road trip from my little spot in Ontario too!

Kyoto - astonishing place. Def worth the horrendous jet lag of a 14 hour flight East.
Rome - lucky to have friends there but never have I walked so far in ludicrous heat and not complained once. Food, history and atmosphere beyond anything in the world
Toronto - my first solo trip beyond Europe. Incredibly welcoming people. So much space and seemingly endless horizons.

All for very different reasons but def my top 3.

Controversial maybe, but I do love London. Outside the UK, Prague or Berlin.

Biggest shithole was Moscow. Absolute dump.

St. Petersburg > Moscow

Helsinki for me.

Oh absolutely, and it’s not even close. Just a shame you can’t drink the water there really.

I wasn't drinking water so that wasn't a problem.
