Best ever rendition of that was when we played Crawley in the FA Cup at The Goldstone.

back in i think the early 90s i went to preston away and leyland daff ( based just outside preston) had just closed down or something and all the brighton fans were singing " theres only one ford transit "

away in middlesbrough back around the same time during our play off push towards the end of the 91 season i think.social services were taking childeren away from there parents for some reason. i cringed when brighton fans started singing " you only score with your children" which made us very popular on the train home

Im sure somebody will remind me but im sure i was at a game this season and the opposing fans were chanting you dirty northern bastads to us! now i didnt think we had played ueafa cup footy this season although we did beat man city somehow wich in the current scheme of things seems ridiculous to believe but ive forgotten who it was.

Always remember the time in the little boozer in the square outside millenium stadium, "Hey Jude" started on the juke box, you could see everyone smiling and waiting for the chorus....and when it came down....MARVELLOUS SCENES...that will live with me until my dying days!
