So why send it to them then? Sorry, but it smacks of the same loss of focus by the marketing department that seems to have afflicted the recruitment department over the summer. Must be way too much money sloshing around inside the club that they're having trouble spending it wisely

I received 3x as 3 season ticket holders registered here. Each time I tutted as I put it in the bin. Given all are paid by DD and they'd already emailed me to say if you want to renew DO NOTHING, I did think it was a total waste of money and not very environmentally friendly. Can't we tick a box to say email communication only somewhere?

Put it this way if you are dissatisfied with the club in this digital age, it gives you potentially* something in lui of an actual season ticket card to throw on the pitch in disgust if needed.

* It’s smaller than A4
* It can be recycled
* Legally this isn’t advice to throw anything (other than your voice) at the Amex or any other club owned sites.
