Where are all the knockers from last season who kept wondering where our future players are coming from.
Did Hinshelwood do such a bad job with the young players ?
Harding,Hinshelwood,Virgo,Mcphee,Robinson,Butters have all come into the first team this season and performed well.
I remember last season quite a few phone calls to SCR saying how bad our youth policy was.Well with some of the performances back at this level I think they are doing ok.
Well done Dean Wilkins and Martin Hinshelwood keep turning them out.

Mcphee has done well this year, Dan Harding was superb yesterday and has excelled this season.

Jake - bags of potential to be a star player in a year or two.

El Abd has also done very well, would like to see Ben Watson given a chance soon.

I liked our youngsters last season but unfortunately it was too soon and the wrong division to bring them into the team.

Coppout had the better idea of gradually bringing them in alongside more experienced players.

Now in the 2nd division they are gaining valuable experience and showing that there is as much if not more talent than the older more established team members.

Let's make sure we hold onto them and get the benefit for us.

I'm not sure if Butters can be included in our clutch of good youngsters who are coming through now.

If anything Butters epitomises the crass incompetence of Hinshelwood as a manager.

I would however agree that along with Wilkins he has done well with the youngsters & I hope that they can all go on and achieve their true potential.

I've only seen Ben Watson play for around 15 minutes in the CPFC reserve game at Woodside and he looked a quality player.

High up on the South Downs.
McGhee deserves credit for getting Butters fitter.
The best thing about this season has been the likes of Harding, Virgo, ElAbd, Robinson and Hinshelwood showing their potential.
Perhaps Hammond needs another chance.

Thanks Deano and Hinsh.

Harding and Robinson were excellent.

Virgo also had a solid game.

McPhee still looks like he is missing something; although I can't think what.

Danny Marney had a better game this week, after missing a penalty last week. He scored the only goal of the game.

I'd like to see Hammond given a chance.

Dan Harding was absolutely superb. Best player by a mile.

Virgo is goin from strength to strength.

Would like to see Hammond given a chance. But as we are coming towards the business end of the season i dont think he will get it as experience will provail.

Jake has got bags of energy and the off the ball runs he make are of the very highest standard. Will be a star in the next year or two
