I'm afraid it never got that far. My excitement at the prospect of telling him that I knew who he was and that I knew he threatened to sue NSC/Bozza got the better of me.

He didn't hang around to discuss policies after that

For the avoidance of doubt, if you are talking about Tim Hodges, to the best of my knowledge he has not threatened to sue either me or the site itself.

You may be getting confused with an occasion when a now ex-user of NSC reported the site to the ICO in relation to their data removal request, despite it being actioned well in advance of any legal obligation to do so.
