We have apparently spoken to him about if he would be interested in coming to Brighton.

No contract has been offered at this stage and it has only been an initial discussion between the club and his representatives.

He has also been approached by West Brom.

This information has been supplied to you in good faith and followed a chance meeting with his younger brother at a work function last night.

Would be ace in the Championship, possibly too as Oscar will of course have some Israeli ties.

Though West Brom can offer Premier League football and we cant.

When reading the ins and outs list yesterday I thought to myself i wonder if he would drop down to the championship this year, would be happy to take him.

He might see us as providing more game time than West Brom. Who knows?

Not a chance, unfortunately. He'd be superb in the Championship.

Whilst I don't believe there's a hope in hell of it happening, I would be beyond happy if it came to pass!

I reckon we only need a left back and centre half, and that's probably all we can afford. Not sure about another midfielder IMO.

Benayoun would be a fantastic signing. Perhaps the opportunity to play regular football could be an attraction, I'd imagine he'd be less involved at WBA
