Walking out of New street station is like walking into another country, don't be surprised by what your sister tells you, same thing is happening in other towns and citys but we don't want to hear talk like that down here in leafy old Sussex

I walked though east London the other day and noticed how many non white faces their were. Then I walked though Kensington and noticed how few white faces there were. I wondered why they all had to live together and not integrate. Then I wondered why all the non whites chose to live together in such a run down and poverty affected area.

without reading the who;e thread so sorry in advance if this has been mentioned.. but when my father died about 2 years back he had to be buried in the catholic part of the cemetery seemed strange to me as he was dead so why did it matter... but the family insisted.. bloody pathetic in my opinion.. bigots in life and death..

Really though, if you think that my comments are irrelevant or misguided purely because of where I live then perhaps you should ignore them or put me on ignore.

Personally I don't think it matter where I am as there are many ways to find out what is going on somewhere without actually living there. You have passed comment on what is going on in Aston based on your sister's boyfriend's opinion (I am assuming you don't live there). I was making an observation based on my lasted visit to London, I am not really sure how yours can be credible whilst based on a second hand account, whilst mine should be disregarded whilst based on my own experience.

But like I say, you are welcome to indulge your prejudices as you see fit. Although I will continue to post my opinions on these matters despite your opinion of their validity.

Nobody could stop your family from making a request that the Muslim body be moved - no more likely to happen mind you than that the non-Muslim body be moved in this case.

A load of nonsense over absolutely nothing - the only people I can see making a fuss are those complaining about the request being made so you are probably correct, nobody would make a fuss if your family asked for the Muslim body be removed -

Racist/racism are often used to refer to a wider context of prejudice than that based solely on race as the nature and mechanisms of such prejudice are essentially the same. Even without accepting this wider definition one would hope the intended meaning was still clear.
