Funny, I was thinking 'Year Of The Cat' as soon as I saw the title of this thread. It's a toughie to play, took me a while to master , but nice to play the acoustic/electric/sax parts on the Strat.

For your considerations; All Along The Watchtower by Jimi, 'Happenings 10 years Time Ago' by The Yardbirds with Beck and Page, and 'I Ain't Got You' by The Yardbirds with Eric Clapp.

Honorary mention for Entwistle on My Generation, albeit that he plays excellent all the way through
