Yes reformed

I see Yes are getting back together. They are charging $150 plus bits and pieces for a good seat in Toronto.

Or you can go and see Jon Anderson next week for $40.

Or, like me, you can keep your money until someone better comes along.

Is it me, or is this post just words making sentences for the sheer hell of it?
I have absolutely no idea what any of it means.

As they said, Yes were a very popular prog band a way back. Jon Anderson was their lead singer. He sounded like Alan Ball* as far as I was concerned.

*Alan Ball was a footballer who talked like Clodagh Rodgers* sang.

*Clodagh Rodgers was from Northern Ireland, which is not part of Britain.

Can I just REMIND you that YES SOLD OUT the BRIGHTON CENTRE in 2001

So hardly popular "a way back".:clap2::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

So you are saying they weren't popular way back?

And how well would you say their albums sold in 2001 compared to, say, 1972?

Anyway, selling out the Brighton Centre means little. I'm going to see Boz Scaggs in June at a venue slightly larger than the Brighton Centre. It will likely be sold out as well. But it would be silly to suggest that he was still 'popular' in the accepted sense of the term.

Why.? He's correct. Northern Ireland isn't part of Great Britain. It is hower part of the United Kingdom of Great and Northern Ireland. Have a look at the front of your passport for confirmation.

never said he was correct or incorrect, If you look at any highly charged discussions on here when has accuracy had anything to do with anything;)?
