BTW, I don't want to talk to the police is a standard response from victims of violence on the south and west sides of Chicago. Nobody talks. Code of silence. Keep your trap shut and don't be a weasel. Unfortunately it's the same for the police when one of their own commits a crime such as shooting a teenager 16 times.
