its in the middle of nowhere, we've never won there, it'll be freezing cold - so who is going?!

personally, i dont see why yeovil should have a league team. there are no motorways ANYWHERE near, and its going to be a total nightmare to get to REGARDLESS of mode of transport. they should move the yeovil franchise to dover - a simple journey down the m2, a well known town CRYING out for league football, and it will create a kent derby with gillingham - cant believe no-one has thought of it until now

so who will be going next week? i will be there - although still undecdided on which mode of transport to take to deepest darkest somersetshire

I'm going, by CAR.
Never been there before, but I'm always struck by how QUICKLY Yeovil seems to come up on the roadsigns when I'm on my way west to somewhere shit, like Exeter or Torquay. Its not all that far past SALISBURY, is it ?

In distance, it's not far (140 miles), but in time it's a f***ing nightmare. Still, I hope to be there.

I can't help but agree with you Scotty. There are so many pointless clubs around. London is full of them, as is Lancashire. Some of these clubs need to be moved about a bit. The people of Cornwall have NO team, yet Lancashire has about 15 - how is that fair? And what about a rival for CARLISLE?

if you drive - can we DRINK in the car - without having to take a sick stop?

or sod it, shall we just go and watch dover play anyone? or maybe a day out in salisbury - we could hold a series of demonstrations about them not having a league club by tieing ourselves to stone henge, climbing the cathedral using nothing but human hair, and rolling around naked on the plain

I like going to YEOVIL

To be fair, the M5 is probably as close to Yeovil as the M23 is to Brighton.

I just hope I don't get ATTACKED by a giant man-eating MOTH like last time.

but at least the m23 runs straight into the a23

last time we went to yeovil, it was a single lane road for the majority of the journey - get stuck behind a tractor and it can turn into a DISASTER
