Really? Uefa made a rule right accross football (incl every park match in the world) so they didn't upset Nike or Carlesberg... Interesting.

Edit - see the article here from the beeb when the rule was brought in - it's mainly because it can be offensive to some religions and because it can be time consuming for the player to put the shirt back on. The article suggests the move will please sponsors, but it certainly wasn't the reason the rule was brought in!
