I did Goose with Cider Gravy (and trimmings, obviously). I always get a bit more cider than needed and having "accidentally" over reduced the first lot had to open another bottle to 'top up'. Small pour in the stock, large pour in me, 11.30am.

Since then have been alternating between glasses of Ravenswood Old Vine Zinfandel and water. It's a long day.....

Try it. If it tastes ok, it's ok. It's alcohol, keeps for donkeys years.
