What I like about Wagner is that he is enjoying himself and would not give a sh*t if he went out next week. The other lot are so bloody desperate to become famous it all gets a bid sad.

Hoping Wagner stays in as long as possible, actually brings a bit of fun to the show. Xfactor has gone so far up its own arse its shocking. Was good tele for the last few years and the 'audition' stage is good viewing but the live ones are generally shite with the judges just arguing and trying to score points. And as for bloody Cheryl Cole - bint

Mrs Hut was not happy about about Buble lip synching and not sing, very poor

I think that you can tell Mrs Hut not to worry - i thought this at first but then realised that the whole sound synching was out - either that or Dermot was miming his script as his synching was out too.

my singer friend said that she could hear his "mic technique" or something, and apparently he wasn't miming

goes over my head, but, you know:shrug:

And what is it about that snarly misery called cher that people rave about. Flat, out of tune and no breath control. Absolutely dire.

Cannot agree more. As a female friend of mine said last night, she dances like "she's trying to dry her fanny out". A sing a bit - rap a bit - sing a bit gurning waste of space*.

*however, I am neither "current" nor "relevant" so I probably just don't get it.

Cheryl Cole's performance was an embarrassment, although you've got to admire her bollards for getting up and singing, sorry miming, and doing that very strange crab dance of hers in front of that lot.

Louis Wash said he thought Saturdays show was one of the best EVER.

The guilty pleasures theme was an inspired choice, it was great to get to know more about the contestants and what music they enjoy listening to.

The X-factor is what it is. The people wasting their effort moaning about it are bell-ends.

If you want brain-dead telly on a Saturday evening, then great. There's no shame in it.

If you don't like it, don't watch it. That's fine too.

But don't sit there watching for three hours, then stay in Sunday night to watch the results, and still carp on about it being shit. Who are you trying to fool? Worried people will think you're not 'cool'.

And more specifically, starting threads, about 'Wagner, or whatever his name is'. I.e. I watch it every week, and know the guy's name full well, but I best pretend to not be sure, just in case anyone thinks I LIKE it.

So, who's your favourite?

This.

I think it's great entertainment - I wouldn't buy any of the artists or vote for them but it's all good fun and fantastic Sat night telly.

if you don't like, don't watch. Simples (as the young people say).

Cheryl Cole was miming as was Michael Buble, the contestants do really sing, personally I think all the music for all the acts, is recorded.

Cole & Buble really need to learn to mime as well, Buble in particular was terrible, it annoys me when performers like that mime.

I am 99% cerain that every single one of the contestants mime in the 'group songs' on Sunday. Last wk the likes of Paige pulled the mic away when hthe track still had him singing?! Obviously it would be pre-recorded but they all sound perfect on it. It really gets on my nerves as is meant to be a singing comp...

But how else would we have found out the Gwylan sings opera in the shower?

Thank goodness for that I thought the TV was on the blink! it seemed to be the voice/picture synch was only out when they were showing highlights of the Saturday show.

Last years was more interesting than this one, but I still enjoy it. I also love that the acts that get kicked off, then play the next Friday night in REVENGE. So you get to see them live and touch them and stuff. It was well good with Lucy, Stacey and Jedward last year!

Yes that makes me a massive gayer!

Pretty sure that touching Lucy and stuff, does not make you a gayer. Jedward possibly...
