Looking at that (mental) tour schedule, can someone explain the difference between "Smackdown", "raw", "fast lane" etc?

Is it different wrestlers or something?

raw is their main programme, smackdown is second (so some of the main guys with a few emerging talents thrown in) and the other programmes will be mostly emerging talents with the occasional main guy thrown in
