Le Garrec & Umotong seemed 2 of the better players - shame they’ve gone. Interested to see how the new look team goes this season. Everton are strong I believe. Annoying it’s behind closed doors thought smaller crowds were ok - my daughter is just getting into playing and I wanted to show her our ladies talents.

Birmingham definitely seem to have started better and we look like we haven't played for awhile. We're starting to look like we're settling though so hopefully will grow into the game

Ellie suffered a anterior cruciate ligament injury late last November. No sure what her status is. Anyone know.

Been having a search but the last news I can find is from April when it said she was coming back after a second knee surgery. It mentions that she hoped to be back in September or October so hopefully we will see her back soon.

We've settled and have been the better side for most of the rest of the 1st half after the first 15 mins. Bit unlucky not to have a goal, and am impressed with both the new signings Stott and Lee. Player of the half for me is Bowman who is giving a typical committed Captains performance!

Brilliant 2-0 win for 50 of the 65 minutes I watched, we dominated.

Once we got our shape and the passing game going.

Tough one next away at Manchester City, then the cup game at home to Birmingham (please do another test event for that Albion).
