Absolutely. But it appears worse than that, Zaha is saying he was promised new contract talks in the summer and he says the club failed to live up to this promise.
Why is it everywhere Pardew goes, everything starts well then disharmony always appears to raise it's head. Does he just give players bullshit answers that keeps them happy for a while?
Do you believe everything you read in the tabloids ?

Despite these obscene amounts being paid, I think most PL clubs will continue to make a profit whilst all Championship clubs will run at a loss. With the TV money, £120k a week in the PL is probably more affordable than £30k a week in the Championship.

The only way the madness will stop is for people to stop subscribing to Sky.

Fosters headband does - he thinks all (6) of our owners have put £50m in each. Based on a headline. When in fact the two yanks spent £50m each to get a place on the board, and part ownership of the club. (no debt - pure capital)

On a serious note - it's obscene. Transfer fees, and wages... absolutely crazy - but is in line with the TV deal that SKy overpaid for. Sky wont keep that up... It's good that sell-on fees are filtering down to the EFL though. John stones means several million to Barnsley, etc.

The same tabloids reporting the Bolasie and Benteke sales.

How much will Bristol City get from the Bolasie sale?

It's more than just tabloids reporting the Bolasie and Benteke deals.

Apparently we've had the foresight to buy out the sell-on clause in Bolasie's contract
It was 10% of profit IIRC, so it'd only be a few million quid anyway.

Albion are in a position where remaining in the Championship poses financial challenges. Palace are getting themselves into a position where dropping into the Championship would be financially ruinous.

Very silly of Bristol City, if true, that will be over £2 million they will have lost.

Must admit that £25 million is a great bit of business for Bolasie, I wonder if it is really £25 million or £15 million now and add ons though.

You consider losing £18 million a year to be merely a financial challenge?

Well, losing £18m a year would not be a challenge for Palace in the Championship. We know how they make debt magically disappear.

Are you talking about the FA cup final? Or your push for a CL place, when you managed the longest run in the country without a win?

This has been rubbished already by Keith Millen.

On another note, Benteke is currently having a medical after we agreed a fee with Liverpool. Everton have just bid £25m for Bolasie so it might be a 2-in-1-out sort of thing.

Is the medical over yet?

Nine days, it must be the most thorough medical in football history.
