Good luck to him.
Inigo Idiakez, was he not part of Wigan’s ‘Three Amigos’ back in the 90s, along with Roberto Martinez?

Edit. Nope, I was thinking of Isidro Diaz.

One of them was virtually pushed out though…the other made his own bed and was happy to potentially leave us in the shit.

Pleased to see we are not welcoming him back
Without a guarantee of a role, more money, I think most people would.
We must meet up soon, will PM

So, when (if) Potter gets his new managerial role he'll have to assemble a whole new backroom staff.

Reliably heard a few months ago that one or two of his old crew were very pissed off with him for not taking any new role…….hence they’ve gone their own ways.

Bjorn Hamberg is now first team coach at Feyenoord.

Ben Roberts is still at Chelsea (as are Winstanley and Macauley).

It’s only Potter and Billy Reid who are out of work. So looks like he’d need to build a new back room team now.

Saw Depor against Levante a couple of weeks ago and they didn't look that bad, so I'm surprised they've sacked the manager and gone for someone with no managerial experience. I'd love to see Bruno do well though.
