Would you swap MA for MM?

No way, MM has made a team mostly made up of youth team players from a prmosing 2nd division side into one that can go away to places like Forest and pick up points. Don't get me wrong, Adams was class but at the moment MM is doing a fantastic job.

Apart from MA expressing what sounded like a genuine interest in a future involvement in the Club, the other thing that came across from the SCR commentary was the respect that MA has for MM. They manage teams differently. But no way was MA suggesting that MM didn't know what he is doing or that he wanted to displace him.

Definately. It was the best commentary I've heard for a long time. Mickey Adams talked with a genuine love for the club, allied to the tactical management brain that worked so well for him here.

Both managers have done brilliantly for the club in their own way and both will go down as 'legends' in time to come I'm sure.

Mickey will always have a special place in our hearts because he brought success after so many years of disappointment and heartache. Mark McGhee came in and continued to build the club.

I love them both!!!

I think some of you have mis-interpreted what I was saying.

I don't want MM to go, and I think that second time around it's always difficult (rose-tinted glasses and all that).

MM has done e great job, and if you can try to imagine how this team could be playing in just 6 months (let alone 18-24), it's quite exciting.

One thing that really impresses me is his honesty/pragmatism in his interviews. Never over-reacts and nearly always takes the positives from the games.
