I know William and Harry's cousin from the Spencer side of the family and he also resembles Harry.

I thought it was common knowledge who Harry's father is. Just never uttered.

It's common gossip & assumed apart from the fact that Harry was already 3 years old when Diana had her affair.
Harry looks like his uncle Earl Spencer, which is where the ginger hair comes from.

William is enjoying life as a family man now, but will have a life of duty thrust on him, by birth & not by choice, Harry can be like Princess Margaret was, fairly free & unemcumbered.
