Seems a bit silly having people reply with 'no', or a poll with 'no'. Surely just see how many people say yes? Then you know who's interested.

Just looking up at some of the laws on this.

Under 18's can play, and buy-ins can not be any more than £8.

How about in a licensed premises?

It doesn't say much about limits in licensed premises, but you can contact and ask them.

But for Charity in a non licensed premises, the limit is £8 per person, with no more than £600 offered in prize money.

Doesn't that mean we couldnt host in a casino or some pubs, still sounds good.

You can play poker for charity anywhere to my knowledge.

Just an idea guys but there is a company called apple poker who run venues at pubs in Brighton.

If you get 10 people to sign up under your name you get £100 (you have to wait a few months for the next finals to get it). I've currently got 3 signed up so would need 7 more.

We could donate that £100 to REMF. If we get 20 people its £200 and so on..
