Friday evening Championship games were f***ing awesome. My opinion may be influenced by the fact that we always seemed to win (I don't think we dropped a point on a Friday in 16/17), and as a result it was always an enjoyable stress-free Saturday afternoon watching Jeff Stelling and following the scorelines of the chasing pack.

Friday night HOME evening games were fun - although means additional time off work for those of us not local to Brighton.

As above, Leicester had SIX of their away 'weekend' fixtures this season, on a Friday or a Monday - as far afield as Southampton, Cardiff and Plymouth. that is proper shit for the travelling fans.

Fair point. Although the QPR away game in 2017 was a Friday night (day before both Hudds and Newcastle lost), and this was probably my funnest away game ever.

There was a time towards the end of Chris Hughton's period in charge when I genuinely started to miss the Championship. The thought of spending season after season nervously grinding out just enough points to stay up by the skin of our teeth was starting to lose its appeal.

But under GP and RDZ I've seen that Brighton can compete at this level. As long as we're in this division, it's conceivable that we could have a season like last season. And I definitely want another.

Also more midweek games. Probably more Saturday 3pms would be the only saving grace.

I'd keep my ST but I wouldn't necessarily say I'd be happy.

I very much doubt that. We would be one of the big draws in the Championship, and would be selected for all manner of shit kick off slots, by Sky.

Leicester this season have had FIVE games in the woeful Monday slot, and SIX on Friday evenings, including away games at Southampton, Cardiff, Bristol and sodding PLYMOUTH...

Agree on the ticket prices, tried to get my grandson who's 9 a ticket for M. Utd and its adult only costing £58. Needless to say he is not coming. If the club used there noggin and reduced the prices if like the Villa game there have been loads of returns it might encourage future supporters
