£11 is absolute rape for a friendly. There is NO WAY I would consider paying that to watch a loads of blokes stroll around a non-league ground, not giving a toss about the result, in a thoroughly unfit state. Oh wait, that describes every league game at Withdean last season....

If you don't like it, don't f***ing go. Actually thinking about it, don't go to ANY of the games. You will CLEARLY be a much happier person for it.

As much as I despise Worthing and it's inhabitants I would have made the effort for say a fiver.

But I'm not paying a tenner.

Dougdeep has already posted but we can't have reserve games at Withdean because of the agreement for planning permission.
Worthing allow us to play reserve matches there free of charge for the season.
Once a year Brighton play them in a friendly and let them keep the gate proceeds. 500 people watching a friendly will bring in £5K. That's pretty cheap for the cost of a ground availability.

Anyway, I think the polite way of putting it is I pay my money, I have my opinion. Who's to say I don't enjoy a good moan? The rude way is f*** off:bigwave:
