In its defence, I'd say that Hastings has some great old and new architecture and a really interesting old town and beach. It's certainly gone to seed a bit and I wouldn't want to live there but I find it a really interesting place. Anywhere with a bit of picturesque faded seaside glamour is cool with me.

"We are Burgess, we are Burgess, super Burgess, from the Hill"

There is little in Lindfield, but it is a scenic village, with a pond to feed the ducks, lots of fish, three churches, a supermarket, a huge common for the kids to play, and most importantly of all 5 pubs within 5 minutes walk of each other:drink: Oh, and it's also full of 'middle class wankers', meaning its one of the best things Haywards Heath has got going for it! HH centre, similarly to Burgess Hill, has f all going for it really, in my opinion anyway. The only thing of any use in 'the Hill' is the cinema, and even that's as out of date as can be:)

There are nice parts of Haywards Heath, liek Lindfield (awaits soem smartarse arguing that it's no actually part of Haywards Heath).

Although to all intents and purposes Lindfield isn't part of Haywards Heath, it is legally a completely seperate entity. The only people who really give a shit about this, though, are residents of Lindfield who want to feel superior.

You are most mistaken, as I am a Lindfield resident and really couldn't give a shit:thumbsup:

Sorry, my fault for the poor wording...should be: "residents of Lindfield if they want to feel superior".

They'd be those 'middle class wankers' that Kinky was referring to! :)
