Worst thing you've ever done at a Christmas party

We got engaged on Christmas eve and my mum and dad were having a party for us to celebrate that night. I had to work during the day, got completely rat arsed at lunch time round the pub with my work mates, couldn't even stand up. Mum got next door neighbour to come and pick me up (copper who'd just come off duty and was still in uniform), dragged out of work by said copper while waving to all my mates, who were all cheering. Next thing I remember was sitting in our lounge head between knees while dribbling on the carpet, looked up and saw my fiances parents and little brother staring at me, I smiled and promptly chucked up all over the floor just in front of their feet.

In the days when larger companies had tea ladies (with trolleys, biscuits etc) and when I was very junior, as a bet, I snogged the tea lady under the mistletoe. She was a randy old bag and the charming septuagenarian had removed her false teeth specially for the occasion.

Pictures of that circulated for months and definitely affected my career progression!

I'm going to be sick.

I wouldn't say it was my worst, but during a mildly posh Christmas Party, I did instigate a food fight at The Grand Hotel.

I bludgeoned my bosses 6 year old daughter to death with a hole punch. Ooooh, my name was mud the next day.

I just got carried away. It turned out okay. People are so fickle, not long after that incident I accidently disembowled the PA on a paper shredder and the bosses' daughter incident was yesterdays news!

Never had a work christmas party until last year as I worked for myself more or less, last year I scored a coworker but that wouldn't be classed as a "worst" thing.

Had a punch up in a pub with some bloke who was in there with his mates. Our whole office had to leave and go to another pub.....was a right scene.....I was young !
Never got decent pay rises after that and face didnt fit......had to leave

Best thing I ever do at a Christmas parties is NEVER go to them.

Can't think of anything worse than extended the working day with pissed up people who have to work with.

Rather be down the pub with friends, or out for a meal with my girlfriend.
