I think we have the worst away kit in the football league. It pains me to see fully grown men wearing it

I love it. In fact I saw somebody wearing one up the Wrekin (near Telford) yesterday - it stood out a mile!

Palace's current home shirt is obviously an attempt to revisit the kits they wore on their first visit to the top flight in the early 70s - the yellow neck and numbers from 1969-71 and the two stripes down the middle from the Don Rogers days when they beat Manchester United 5-0 but still managed to get relegated. But while that all worked rather well with their claret and sky blue colours of those days, it's a hideous mess in red and blue.

They can thank Malcolm Allison for converting them from their traditional claret and blue to the current epilepsy-inducing red and blue.

My Brother lives near the Wrekin, it wasn't him though as he has been turned into an AFC Telford fan the *******.
