Halifax and Wigan's Springfield Park. Dishonourable mention to Cambridge as you have to walk through a field covered with cow shit to get to the visitors entrance.
Roots Hall is dire. Particularly if you find that your allocated seat is in the front row, behind the goal. The seat is actually below ground level - making it impossible to see any of the game.
Edgar Street (behind the goal) was pretty dire as well.
