And it was, my boy Selby going well in the final, from 10-5 down back to 10-9. @crodonilson feeling the nerves too I imagine.

I'll be watching through my fingers this evening. Tension was unbearable this afternoon, and it will go up another notch this evening. I fear for Ronnie, if you were going out to war Mark Selby would be the man you'd want next to you. It's become a real battle and Selby loves it like that.

Brilliant final, thrilling stuff all day today, Mark fought back superbly to take a fully deserved title.

Gutted.

Not a great result for World Snooker when the man with the entertaining, enterprising brand of snooker loses to the attritional, negative brand but it takes all sorts and Selby was worthy winner.
