I like casual cyclists, but the dickheads who take it too seriously, both the mountain biking twats hurtling down footpaths on the South Downs and those lycra clad idiots who think they're recreating the tour de France can **** right off. ***** the lot of em.

100% agree. I went to the swimming pool at the weekend and most people were wearing shorts or, even worse, tight fitting costumes. What's wrong with a pair of slacks and a polo shirt? And don't get me started on those so-called joggers with their "training shoes," who do they think they are Mo Farah?

Took my new bike out for its first proper ride since buying it, first time riding in nearly 10 years and I forgot how fun it can be.

I did cheat though.

I 'cheat' every day by riding an eBike. Best thing I ever bought as without it my knees wouldn't let me climb hills. We just need a decent seafront cycle route upgrade between Shoreham and Southwick I'll be a very happy bunny
