A very close game with Mr Sheen 2011 which was neck and neck with only a single point between us at the last tile.
Mr Sheen found some serious form with such delights as JELLO, and exceedingly good usage of the doubles and triples.

Pleased with 2 wins from my first 2, as convinced I have 1 loss on the way, and a couple that will go right down to the wire. Blackie336 is putting up a fantastic fight in our rematch.

Another game that went to the last tile. With only a C left on the Rack, I tried CEL, expecting a rejection, but the lexical gods smiled, and the game was over.
Highlights from BravoT were GEEGAW onto a triple word, ONIUM, (which I must look up), and TITS, just because it made me laugh.

You can have WANK and WANKER as well, I have discovered.

And SHIT, which someone successfully used against me last night.

Not Luton! Thank God
In my current match with Tedebear I could have had "penis" as my first word but decided that was a little creepy!

I did use it in a previous match though, shortly after my opponent had put down "veiny"

Another very close one, I am still yet to get a win and have been on the receiving end of some very close scores so far. And a few drubbings.

Whoever BeanBHA is, You need to invite me for our return fixture.

B00zza 359 - 374 El Bod

A classic "do as I say, not as I do" - I was ahead by 20, El Bod played his last tile for 15 points but won by 15 as I had a J left for a 20 point 'double swing'. I could see it coming quite a few moves before but could do nothing about it. El Bod didn't believe me when I said he was going to win!

Another close one. I took the early lead with the all 7 letter WIDENER as an opener, following up with FONDUE on a triple letter and word. Lots of tight manoevering with two and three letter words extended the lead, but then Flakehound hit back with a stunning HAZIER on a triple letter/word combo and sucker punched with PASH QUOD, JOKES, and SOX, all on doubles and triples. I had three letters left, GIM, and was expecting to lose, but snuck the win on the last lay. Flakehound managed to lay all his letters, but the score wasn't quite enough.
The last three games very close. I think people are getting used to my style of play... I need to practice.

Corker of a game! Just couldn't shake him off, thought I had it won and then he pops up with Quire and he was back on my tail.

Pleased to hang on in the end.
