Luck of the draw, I always seem to get accusations of bias which is why I ensure there is someone else overseeing the draw, for what it's worth I got 'Chrissy boy' Chris Wakelin in the rehearsal draw.

In my defence, I was left unsupervised.

TBF I don't mind him rigging it as I think he's the only one of us who'd like to win the prize!

Not sure I fancy my chances with Liam Highland currently ranked 43rd in the world but I suppose Joe Johnson came from nowhere. £5 e/w 200/1.

Not overly confident. Currently 7-9 down. Missing too many opportunities.

Mark Williams. Happy with that, always a threat.

The Welsh Potting Machine has been in sizzling form so far, currently 10-1 up against 'Action'. Could have a real say in the destiny of the Championship.

Agree. I've been keeping a close watch and he has been sensational so far, slightly worried he maybe peaking too soon for this marathon event.

Was an epic frame. What was surprising was that it ended up being the Jester's to lose, which he did by cracking on some relatively easy pots. Then Yan finished it off with a quick century in the final frame; impressive stuff!

The Jester seemed to lose all of the close frames particularly in the last session, which he is notorious for usually winning. Sad to see him out but fair play to Bingtao.

Ball Run looks in fine form early doors against the Warrior. If I was Marshy I would be getting quite excited.
