I'm making the trek this Saturday to see the Womens team against Manchester Utd more in hope than any expectation given our form this season and our relative league positions but hey anything can happen in football - or maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment!! We lie bottom of the league with the worst goal difference (having played less games than others), and they are currently the league leaders, so my logical brain thinks losing by 2 goals or less would be a good result. Obviously my heart is hoping for an amazing upset!
Anyone else going? I'm using Seagulls Travel to get there - so glad they decided to put on a coach even if it does cost nearly 8 times the ticket cost
Match is at Leigh Sports Village, and is live on BBC2 for anyone who isn't able to make the trip up there. Will be interesting to see whether our new manager makes any changes to the team given shes only been in the post a few days.
UTA!
