Huge day of sport today with the conclusions of the Women's Cricket World Cup, Tour de France, The Open and World Para-athletics.

And there's England v Spain Women's Football to follow shortly.

Was lucky enough to have tickets and we thought the same, so had India as probable winners right up until about 5 overs to go. England just kept it tight and India started to push the rate which was just enough to get us the wickets we needed. Amazing atmosphere at an absorbing game, and delighted England are now World Champions!
