Wolves v BHA - Score Predictor

BHA (15th) now prepare to visit high flying Wolves (6th), with 7 of the top 10 teams to play, including all of the top 3 in the run-in. Potter believes there is enough in the squad to stay up, however 8 very winnable matches in January/February were all squandered. 1 win in 14 matches, no wins in 2020, only club in the country not to win a match this year is all damning - yet the seagulls still find themselves, albeit only by 1 point, outside of the relegation zone currently.

7 wins in 40+ attempts is an appalling statistic. Where does the buck stop? The manager? The players? Dean Ashworth? or the recruitment team? Ashworth? Winstanly? or the bloke that Potter insisted got brought in by him to look after the team? Who actually is in charge of the first team?

Which team will be put out at Wolves? So much tinkering & the bizarre point in bringing MacAllister back if he is not in the squad. Why? Yet out of form Trossard & Mooy continue to play. We can't score goals, we have one striker & in Solly March do we have the worst shooter in the premier league history? oh - to be a local boy and to be forgiven for just about anything!

Head to head we have met Wolves 33 times. We have had a very good record against them. Winning 15, drawing 12 & losing only 6 times. We haven't lost any of our past 5 meetings & none of our last 5 visits to Molineaux either.

Win & all will be forgiven - lose & we may drop into the bottom 3.

Arsenal v West Ham
Crystal Palace v Watford
Liverpool v AFC Bournemouth
Sheff Utd v Norwich
Leicester v Aston Villa

....... are all next weekend/Monday fixtures.

Wolves have only lost at home to Liverpool, Spurs & Chelsea this season. They must be trembling - with the anticipation of our lot coming to their manor !!!

As always - use your head. You decide .....

Bath, Somerset.
2-0 to Wolves.

We ain't going to win any of our last 10 games, but 3 of the teams below us won at the weekend (which will boost their confidence), so we're deffo heading for the Championship; Hull, Stoke, Wigan, etc, here we come :(

I don't normally play this, but where is the Wolves 5 - 0 Albion option?

I'm fearful that this becomes this season's Bournemouth (h) fixture.

Blame the players , they were the ones that missed 3 gilt edge chances . Can’t expect the manager or anyone else to put the ball in the net for them, that’s what they are highly paid for. Btn didn’t play badly, they were the better team, with better finishing would have won.

There’s a third way of thinking this through, that doesn’t lambast GP or the players - perhaps GP’s got the best of them, but they aren’t exceptional finishers with a cool head at PL level, nor exceptional defenders able to concentrate and churn out clean sheets?

We aren't as bad as the recent results suggest. Capable of drawing (or better) all our remaining away games.

I had a sneaky feeling Palace were going to do us (hence I put 0-1), my feeling for this weekend is that we'll win, going for a 1-2!

Probably less external pressure on the team in this game compared to the Palace one, so maybe that will help us.
