I noticed that many people are expecting Potter to give bench players a start now that we are safe (ish). But my understanding is that there was a big difference in money from EPL for finishing 12th vs 17th which are all realistic outcomes... That extra money can go towards upgrading our planned purchase of a good forward and make it a super forward!!!! Also, Potter wants to show improvement from last year and get more than 41 points... So I think Potter puts out what he believes is his strongest side.
