Genius suggestion, worked a treat. Wasn't clear to me whether it was an error that it didn't work automatically, or whether they were doing me a favour, but they set it so she could buy a tkt, and we have done that.

Although I agree with you (about the people who moan they can't go away, when nearly every away game has gone to members), can you really blame people for staying away?!

You've answered your own question in the second sentence. Many people go away over Easter, and our away form sucks.

Easter is a family time,should you decide that football is your first choice then our away form indicates we are unlikely to take even a point from a team which is doing very well ,so back to my first point
