Leyton, E10.
I think the ppl pointing the finger at Steele are missing the bigger picture here.

Yep, it was a clanger, but we had 90 mins of football to put that right and the fact there is an argument that we didn’t score bc our goalkeeper missed our best chance says it all.

There is institutional floors in our game plan, not individual errors. Those are rare.

I also can’t stress enough how much of a loss Solly is.

btw RDZ is going to have to dig out the emergency chairs round at his gaff and probably get outside catering with the number of players summoned for the next dinner party

Chelsea now seeking permission to speak to B Dave's arse . (y)
My response was fair and valid right.
Peupion is no where near the level of Hinshelwood, Enciso, Facundo Buonanotte, and we were far more stable when he was hooked. You don't need be a specialist to see that.

Below struck though, and I eat humble pie. Apologies @Blackadder
Ah, reading your response back, I hadn't realised 14 years olds were permitted on post on here. You were hoping to boost your ego with likes.

Anyway, to save another post, positives to take from tonight:

1 We came out better 2nd half and gave it a go.
2 Enciso looked up for it.
3 Barco looks like he could slot into the side.

Negatives - me allowing myself to be pulled into a worthless conversation with those out for an argument. Goes against what I advise others to do.

Lots of nonsense on here about Jason Steele imo. He made a bad error but was in no way to blame for tonight’s result.
We conceded one goal. It was his fault. I don’t like criticising goalies but that goal was his fault so to say he was in no way to blame is odd. Especially when he also missed our best chance of the night.

As I am criticising someone. Adingra had by first his worst match in a Brighton shirt. I really hope it is not a post Afcon slump!

We were missing 9 players who we needed tonight. Nightmare.

I think too many are getting carried away with things.
We've been inlucky with injuries, players not really 100% match fit, filling in as others on long term injury list.
It doesn't take much to work out that we're nearly down to bare bones, we are not Citeh etc ....
All roses last week v Sheff Utd, now a loss and its end of the world.
We've got yurup to look forward to, enjoy the ride, as I am (y)
