Dominating possession means f*** all, Wolves are perfectly happy for us to have the ball. It's almost as if it's their tactic.
I know ffs - all I'm saying is that the problem is clearly not that we 'don't give a monkeys about going out of the cup' as we've clearly put in a massive shift tonight despite the injuries etc - just hasn't happened in the final third which isn't a surprise against a very good defensive team and with no fit strikers

Jesus, where’s this home support been all night? Deafening now, they’ve certainly turned up the volume. It’s enough to wake you up…!

No it isn’t a surprise because we are often shite in the final third.

I can't believe people can't see this. They got the early goal and have set back and defended. Its ugly, but they're incredibly well organised and they've executed a plan perfectly.

We haven't dominated anything.

The thing is, It was the same against Wolves at home, Against Everton, until we actually scored we looked like going all day without scoring and we had two strikers. But it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for thee fact that we always look like conceding.

Surely lallana should have come on tonight, he must be wounded too

We need to get Enciso and Barco heavily involved against Roma

Will you stop being so bloody rational please? We should be smashing teams like this even when we're missing key players all over the place.

Haven't had enough cutting edge up front, and the passing has been a bit more ragged than we're used to, but it's by no means been shit. Just a bit less clinical than we can be. Given all the absences, the very early concession, and our habit of conceding a stack of goals when we're not on it, I think they've stuck at it pretty well.
