Bissouma broke everything up: MOM (apart from shooting!). Mooy looked better than in recent matches. Excited about AM. Wolves played poorly, so we got a break there. Very good point considering other results. Most heartening thing was the evident team spirit, which we'll need for this fight. Now: some goals please!

I can only think you can’t have seen one of the comparative games? We took the game to Wolves at times in that second half, and end with the lion share is possession. We didn’t park the bus today, last season we definitely did barely a shot and under 30% of the ball.

Whatever your opinions on Potter, there’s no question the football we are playing is light years ahead of ‘backs to the wall’ Hughton.

But it was still only one point, same all season dominating possession taking it to the opposition but no end product. This obsession with 'we had the lion share of possession' has to stop for all our sanity.

Workmanlike performance.
Lots of possession.
Maupay worked hard.
Solly missed a couple of chances which effectively were snap-shots.
Bissouma - arguably best performance for us.
Webster shaky first, steady second.
Montoya steady.
MacAllister very promising.

Solly's second miss was not a snap shot it was put on a plate for him and again he failed. Still stealing a living.

Decent second half performance, finally some fight on display, and a very good result. Feeling a bit more positive now!
You do realise how this works, don't you? Substitute comes on and does really well, so starts the next match and is rubbish!

I think it might be called Trossard Syndrome...................

I'll watch and wait patiently for the negativity to begin...

Just read the majority of posts in this thread during the first half.

I thought Propper had a good game!

I thought there was a lot more bite in his tackling, he also tracked back at speed a couple of times, which he is often criticised for not doing. He left Bissouma to go forwards, and played more of the holding role.

If March and Montoya aren't good enough to be in the first team, It's a f***ing miraculous result getting a point away at Wolves with only 9 first teamers

Either that or it cost us the chance of 2 points against a Wolves team that were off their game today.

I think we stifled Wolves. We were quick to get back and cover which screwed up their tactics. It helped enormously that Bissouma managed to turn the ball over in midfield fairly often. Wasn't pretty but extremely effective.

I agree up to a point, but light years ahead of Hughton, give your head a wobble mate and check the table..

London Black Cab How are your gonads?

So, they’ve done one but I’ve got to go back under General for the 2nd as they struggled with the 2nd one, can’t say I’m happy with their performance if I’m honest!

Sore AF in I’m honest

At least someone kept a clean sheet

But isn't that what CH mainly did? Keep it close for 75 minutes, bring on fresh legs, and go for a winner.

More or less although by the end it was just defend with no attacking intent whatsoever.

However, the broader point I was making(but didn't actually elaborate on!) is that Potter maybe changed too much too fast at the start of the season. He said himself that Hughton had left him a solid foundation and that it was down to him to build on it. Instead he seemed to discard everything from the Hughton era, including the good bits, so much so that we've spent the last 8-10 games with no defensive solidity or cohesion coupled with a lack of confidence going forward.

In the last two away games we've noticeably set up to start the game with a solid defensive shape and not worrying about dominating the ball and playing so openly. And it's worked, two very creditable draws away to two of the better sides in the division.

You do know where Wolves are on the league and how they've been playing? We have some very unrealistic fans.
You have been watching us the past few months?!
