I thought it was a pretty good list, given the parameters they chose for judging. We're lucky not to be bottom on the ground itself, Rotherham and Luton are nasty, as is Ninian Park if not Cardiff as a whole. Bit harsh on Priestfield, obviously placed a lot of emphasis on rusting prams in front gardens.

It's not all about the football ground it's self, other factors come into place aswell such as prices, atmosphere ect, like i have said before.

I thought they got Stamford Bridge spot on. They are mean spirited robbing spivs at Chelsea just as they say. If you are at the upper end of the lower tier, the view is shit - you can't see the ball if it goes more than 20 feet in the air.

And let's not forget they charge fifty quid for this travesty. Disgraceful.

Of those I have been to, the worst for atmosphere is easily the JJB (closely followed by the Riverside). As far as I am concerned, that's the only criterion which matters, so those are the worst grounds in my book.

But the worst in terms of worst facilities and atmosphere relative to cost has to be Withdean, I'm afraid.

I was never terribly taken with Cheltenham, but I guess it is really a non-league ground. Luton would have to be hard to beat in my book, although Southend rivals it in the sense that you have to sit sideways to fit in the seats.

Have you seen Orient's ground lately? They've knocked most of it down. How that passes football league regulations I'll never know.
