Imagine we've just got Falmer (YIPPEE!!!).But we've got to go 2 more seasons before its complete. If the club gave YOU the choice where would you want the Albion to play their home games during that time, Withdean or Gillingham. Both have their bad points, but take everything into account, atmosphere, facilities, where you live, attendance figures, evening games etc.
For arguments sake we'll say that ticket prices would be the same for both grounds.
Is there anything that could be introduced to sway your decision, such as subsidised coach travel to Gillingham etc.
Does the thought of going to Gillingham again make your toes curl or does the prospect of 2 more years at Withdean give you sleepless nights? Football stadium or athletics track. Think about it, then decide.

This is very much a minority view but by a narrow margin I preferred Gillingham. Three reasons: Firstly my wife's family live in Orpington, we would often go there for lunch, quick drive to Gillingham, then back to Orpington for tea. Secondly you could decide to go to a match a few hours before kick-off. When my Mother-in-Law was ill it was quite easy (and useful) to drag my Father-in-Law off to a game to take his mind off things. Thirdly there was terracing.

So, for me at least it isn't the obvious no-brainer that it is to most of you.
