45 points & 12th has been my prediction from pre season although I have questioned it at times

Even during our dreadful run of losses, I was still saying we'd reach 42 and I see no reason to change it, now. Just 5 more required and that's quite realistic, I think. :)

Yup its a good guess.

Would be lovely with two wins though to break that whole "9 wins in a season" thing though.

I think there's a chance we could do that, with a prevailing wind, etc. but I would be happy if we can exceed our previous best - that's certainly this fabled 'progress' that's often mentioned.

Before yesterday I probably would have said we'd scrape a draw or two and finish under 40.

Given how poor Saints and Man U looked we must surely be capable of winning one of those? Leeds away looks winnable. And a couple of draws can still be in that. So I'll go with 44 but it could be a couple either side of that.

5 more points from 1 win and 2 draws, so finish on 42.

Just as Douglas Adams prophesied.

I'd like 11. Two more wins and five draws. The two wins would then get us into double figure for wins for the first time in the premier league. The five draws would, I believe, mean that we'd write ourselves into the premier league record books as the team with the most draws in a season. I'd like to leave some kind of mark on the division and seeing as doing a derby is probably more realistic than doing a leicester I think the record for number of draws is a good midway point.

We need 48 for the best season in our history, when re-rated pro-rata. That's eleven. Unlikely.

Spurs (A) Lost
Man City (A) Lost
Southampton (H) Won
Wolves (A) Drew
Man Utd (H) Lost
Leeds (A) Drew
West Ham (H) Drew

Six points. 43. 14th
