Any suggestions, looking to go away in Feb sometime with the Mrs for a bit of sun, any ideas for a budget of max £500?

Not Majorca Ibiza or Canaries please.

if you don't fancy any of those, and you've a budget of £500 (each?) you're looking at egypt i'd say, a cheapo to the caribbean or to kenya.

Tunisia is cheap as chips and bound to be hot.

Last year I found a late booking for Goa at less than £200 ( days later) but didnt take it as I was told it takes 6 weeks to get a visa. Was later told by my brother I could have gone to the Indian Embassy next day and sat there all day and got the visa.

You'd think wouldn't you - I went to Tunisia one March looking for a bit of heat and found it to be cool, very nearly cold.

Nice country though...
